The Board of the Company announces that, following the acquisition by Estera Group of the Heritage Financial Services Group, the name of the Company's Administrator and Company Secretary has been changed to Estera International Fund Managers (Guernsey) Limited. The change of name is with effect from 10 January 2018. The registered office of the Company remains unchanged but the main switchboard number is now 01481 742742.

Better Capital PCC Limited is a closed-ended investment company. The Company acts as Protected Cell Company, and also acts as a feeder fund, through each cell, and pursues an investment objective, which aims to generate total returns by investing in a portfolio of distressed businesses (2009 Cell through Fund I and 2012 Cell through Fund II), such returns being expected to accrue largely through capital growth. Its segments include the 2009 Cell and the 2012 Cell. Its assets consist of investments, through Funds I and II, in portfolios of businesses, which have operating issues and may have associated financial distress, with a primary focus on businesses, which have activities within the United Kingdom and Ireland. The 2009 Cell's investing activities through Fund I include sectors, such as aerospace manufacturing and office products.
