CORPORATE ACTION ANNOUNCEMENT

BETA GLASS PLC hereby announces as follows:

	Period Ended	31st December 2023
	Proposed Dividend	A final Dividend of ₦1.40 (One Naira and Forty Kobo) per ordinary
		share of 50 kobo each, subject to the deduction of appropriate
		withholding tax and approval, will be paid to Shareholders whose
		names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business
		on Monday, 17th June 2024.
	Proposed Bonus	Nil
	Closure of Register	The Register of Members will be closed on Tuesday, 18th June 2024,
		to enable the Registrars to prepare for payment of final dividend.
	Qualification Date	Monday, 17th June 2024.
	Payment Date	On Friday, 26th June 2024, the final dividend will be paid electronically
		to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as
		at close of business on Monday, 17th June 2024, and who have
		completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to
		pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
	E-Dividend	Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are
	Registration
	advised to download the Registrar's E-DividendMandate Activation
		Form,which is available on the Registrars website: GRDS-e-Mandate-
		Activation-Form-UPDATED-1.pdf(greenwichregistrars.com). Duly
		completed forms should be returned to the Registrar.
	Unclaimed	Shareholders with Dividend Warrants and Share Certificates that
	Dividend Warrants
	have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or
	and Share
	returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend
	Certificates
	registration form or contact the Registrars.
