São José dos Pinhais, November 10, 2015. Bematech S.A. (BM&FBovespa:BEMA3), the leader in technology solutions to the retail, food service and hospitality sectors, hereby announces its consolidated results for the third quarter of 2015 (3Q15). The operating and financial data are presented based on consolidated figures, in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), and also in compliance with accounting practices adopted in Brazil (BR GAAP).

After announcement of corporate reorganization with TOTVS, Bematech closes 3Q15 with revenue growth and improved recurrence

Highlights:

  • The Company's total net revenue amounted to R$112.6 million, 1.6% higher than in 3Q14 and 6.8% up on 2Q15. Recurring revenue increased by 9.8% over 3Q14, reaching 31.1% of total net revenue, and by 2.7% over 2Q15.
  • Net revenue from the verticals (Retail, Food Service and Hospitality) totaled R$49.1 million, 1.0% up on 3Q14 and 2Q15, while net revenue from cross offerings came to R$63.5 million, 2.0% more than in 3Q14 and an 11.7% improvement over the previous quarter.
  • Non-recurring expenses came to R$5.3 million, due to the reduction in the structure and the corporate reorganization with TOTVS.
  • EBITDA totaled R$9.1 million, 61.7% less than in 3Q14, with a margin of 8.1%, down by 13.4 p.p., while adjusted EBITDA, excluding non-recurring expenses, stood at R$14.5 million, with a margin of 12.9%.
  • Net income amounted to R$5.3 million, 65.5% lower than in 3Q14, with a net margin of 4.7%, down by 9.2 p.p. If adjusted for non-recurring expenses, net income would have come to R$8.8 million, with a margin of 7.8%.
  • Cash flow from operating activities totaled R$14.1 million, versus R$24.2 million in 3Q14.
  • The corporate reorganization with TOTVS was approved by the shareholders on September 3 and by CADE (Brazil's antirust authority) on October 22.
