BELLSYSTEM24 Holdings, Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended November 30, 2016. For the period, the company's revenue was ¥81,222 million against ¥76,351 million a year ago. Operating income was ¥6,054 million against ¥6,493 million a year ago. Income before income taxes was ¥5,324 million against ¥5,714 million a year ago. Net income was ¥3,365 million against ¥3,429 million a year ago. Net income attributable to owners of the parent was ¥3,365 million against ¥3,429 million a year ago. Earnings per share - diluted were ¥45.80 against ¥48.82 a year ago. Net cash provided operating activities was ¥4,787 million against net cash used in operating activities of ¥3,561 million a year ago. Purchase of property, plant and equipment was ¥1,264 million against ¥1,373 million a year ago. Purchase of intangible assets was ¥560 million against ¥409 million a year ago. Ratio of equity attributable to owners of the parent was 28.2%.
For the year ending February 28, 2017, the company expects revenue to be ¥104,680 million. Operating income to be ¥9,170 million. Income before income taxes to be ¥8,200 million. Net income to be ¥5,320 million. Net income attributable to owners of the parent to be ¥5,320 million or ¥72.77 per share.
Bellsystem24 Holdings Inc is a Japan-based company engaged in the customer relationship management (CRM) business mainly including contact center operations. The Company has two business segments. The CRM segment is engaged in the traditional inbound and outbound call business, as well as the provision of customer support services, sales support services, technical support services and business process outsourcing (BPO) services for client companies through telephone, Web and social medias. The Others segment is engaged in the sale of content for general consumers on a monthly basis, and weather forecast content for businesses through mobile personal computers (PCs), as well as the general affairs and administrative business.
