Beijing Aoke Ruifu Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 195,000,000 in a round of equity funding from existing investor Beijing Unistrong Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002383) on January 21, 2017. Post the closing, the investor will continue to retain its stake of 100% in the company. Post the closing, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 5,000,000 to CNY 200,000,000. The investor will use CNY 73,390,000 worth of land use and CNY 121,610,000 in cash for the investment. The transaction has been approved at the 42nd session of the 3rd directorate of the investor and does not require its shareholders' approval. The company reported total assets of CNY 546,624.51, net assets of CNY 543,794.33, revenue of CNY 235,849.06, and net loss of CNY 26,205.67 for the year ended December 31, 2016.
