VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

REGARDING EXTERNAL DONATION

This announcement is made by Beijing Tong Ren Tang Chinese Medicine Company Limited (the "Company") on a voluntary basis.

To actively support the prevention and control of the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia outbreak, the treatment of patients and the protection of medical staff as well as to fulfill corporate social responsibility, the board of directors (the "Board") of the Company announces that the Company will donate Sporoderm-broken Ganoderma Lucidum Spores Powder Capsules with a worth equivalent approximately HK$12.2 million to Beijing Charity Association and Beijing Warm Foundation to assist in the fight against the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia epidemic.

The products to be donated are the Company's own products and there shall not be any significant impact on the Company's operation.
