The board ("Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Beijing Enterprises Medical and Health Industry Group Limited (the "Company") announces the unaudited interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") for the six-month period ended 30 June 2017, together with comparative figures for the corresponding period in 2016. These interim results have been reviewed by the audit committee of the Company (the "Audit Committee").
