(Stock Code: 154) CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME, STOCK SHORT NAME, COMPANY WEBSITE AND COMPANY LOGOThe Board is pleased to announce that with effect from 22 July 2016, the English name of the Company has been changed from "Beijing Development (Hong Kong) Limited" to "Beijing Enterprises Environment Group Limited" and the Chinese name of the Company has been changed from "北京發展（ 香港）有限公司" to "北京控股環境集團有限公司".
The stock short name of the Company for trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "BEIJING DEV(HK)" to "BE ENVIRONMENT" in English and from "北 京發展（香港）" to "北京控股環境集團" in Chinese with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 28 July 2016. The stock code of the Company remains as "154".
The website of the Company will be changed from "www.bdhk.com.hk" to "www.beeg. com.hk" with effect from 28 July 2016.
The Company has adopted a new logo with effect from the date of this announcement.
Reference is made to the announcement of Beijing Enterprises Environment Group Limited (formerly known as Beijing Development (Hong Kong) Limited) (the "Company") dated 31 March 2016 and the circular of the Company dated 24 June 2016 (the "Circular") in relation to, among other things, the proposed change of company name. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular unless otherwise stated.
CHANGE OF COMPANY NAMEAs announced by the Company on 18 July 2016, the special resolution regarding the Proposed Change of Company Name was passed by the Shareholders at the EGM held on 18 July 2016.
The Board is pleased to announce that subsequent to the passing of the special resolution approving the Proposed Change of Company Name, a Certificate of Change of Name of the Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong on 22 July 2016, whereby the English name of the Company has been changed from "Beijing Development (Hong Kong) Limited" to "Beijing Enterprises Environment Group Limited" and the Chinese name of the Company has been changed from "北京發展（ 香港）有限公司" to "北京控股環境集團有限 公司".

EFFECTS OF THE CHANGE OF COMPANY NAMEThe change of the Company's name will not affect any rights of the Shareholders. All existing share certificates of the Company in issue bearing the former name of the Company will continue to be evidence of title to the Shares and will continue to be valid for trading, settlement and registration purposes. Accordingly, there will not be any free exchange of the existing share certificates of the Company for new share certificates bearing the new name of the Company. New share certificates will be issued under the new name of the Company.
CHANGE OF COMPANY WEBSITEThe website of the Company will be changed from "www.bdhk.com.hk" to "www.beeg.com. hk" with effect from 28 July 2016.
CHANGE OF COMPANY LOGOThe Company has adopted a new logo with effect from the date of this announcement.
