Bell Let's Talk Day is January 28
The fourth annual Bell Let's Talk Day, set for January 28, 2014, invites Canadians to join the conversation to help end the stigma around mental illness.

Bell Let's Talk Day 2014 is supported by a major national promotional and education campaign featuring Clara and fellow Bell Let's Talk spokespeople Stefie Shock, Michel Mpambaraand Seamus O'Regan. They're joined this year by new Bell Let's Talk ambassadors from across Canada- former NHL star Joé Juneau, CFL veteran Shea Emry, musicians Robb Nashand Matthew Good, and standup comic Kevin Breel.

On Bell Let's Talk Day, Bell donates 5 centsfor every text sent, mobile call and long distance call made by Bell and Bell Aliant customers, every tweet using #BellLetsTalk, and every Facebook share of the Bell Let's Talk Day image. Bell's donations are made at no extra charge to Bell Let's Talk Day participants, though normal long distance or text charges, if any, apply. To date, Bell has already committed $62,043,289to fund Canadian mental health programs based on its original $50 millioncommitment and participation in Bell Let's Talk Day since 2011.

Beginning March 14, Clara will set out to ride around Canadain support of local mental health initiatives by community groups, schools and other local organizations in every province and territory.
