Munsun Capital Group Appoints Mr. Yin Chenggang as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of Remuneration Committee and Member of Audit Committee and Nomination Committee

Munsun Capital Group Limited announced that with effect from 4 January 2017, that Mr. Yin Chenggang has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director. In additon, Mr. Yin has been appointed as a member of Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, and the Chairman of Remuneration Committee. Mr. Yin has nearly 30 years of legal practice and specializes in providing legal service for the property of development and construction, investment and financing management, corporate governance, merger and acquisition, the commercial litigation and arbitration etc.
