Battery Age Minerals Ltd. announced the appointment of Gerry Fahey and Dr. David Pevcic as Non-Executive Directors and resignation of Sufian Ahmad Non-Executive Chairman of the Company as foreshadowed in the Company's Prospectus. As part the Board changes, Non-Executive Chairman Sufian Ahmad has resigned from his role. Sufian has been a valued member of the Board and has been instrumental in the Company's recent project portfolio acquisitions and restructure. of the Joint Ore Reserve Committee (JORC) Dr. David Pevcic is a successful businessman, with a principal focus on the mining and resources sector. Dr. Pevcic is the founding director of several privately owned mineral exploration companies, which have executed transactions with both ASX and TSX-listed companies. Additionally, Dr. Pevcic holds a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Western Australia and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
