(Alliance News) - BasicNet Spa announced Monday that it purchased 24,650 prorpie ordinary shares between May 27 and May 31.

The shares were taken over at an emdio unit price of EUR3.7160, for a total consideration of EUR91,610.30.

As of today, the company holds 4.6 million treasury shares, representing 8.6 percent of its share capital.

BasicNet's stock closed, Monday, in the green by 2.2 percent at EUR3.73 per share.

Basic Net SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the retail industry.
