Banka BioLoo Limited at the annual general meeting held on 16 September 2020, approved the confirmation of the payment of interim dividend of INR 0.50 per equity share for the financial year ended 31 March 2020, and declaration of final dividend of INR 0.50 per equity share (pre-bonus shares) for the financial year ended 31 March 2020.
