On January 15, 2019, the Board of Directors of Bank of the James Financial Group, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about March 22, 2019, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 8, 2019.
