R-Zero Systems, Inc. announced that it has received $105 million in funding from a group of investors

On February 16, 2023, R-Zero Systems, Inc. closed the transaction. The company raised $500,169 in its second tranche bringing the total gross proceeds raised in the transaction to $105,000,000. The transaction included participation from new investors Bank of Montreal, Qualcomm Ventures LLC, Upfront Ventures Management, LLC, returning investors DBL Part­ners LLC, Wil, LLC, Mayo Clinic, SOSV Investments LLC, Bedrock Capitaland John Doerr.
