Banco do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, S.A. ('Banrisul') announces that, at the extraordinary meeting held in November 7, 2016 and in accordance to the provisions of Article 27 of its Bylaws, the Board of Directors elected Mr. Osmar Paulo Vieceli as Banrisul's Chief Commercial Officer.
After the approval by the Central Bank of Brazil, according to Official Letter 22.560/2016-BCB/Deorf/GTPAL issued on November 30, 2016, Mr. Vieceli's tenure to Banrisul's Executive Board took place in December 05, 2016. His mandate will last until the investiture of his successor, to be elected at the first meeting of the Board of Directors after the Annual Shareholders' Meeting to be held in 2019.
