Banco de Valores S.A. agreed to acquire Columbus IB Valores S.A. and Columbus MB S.A.

Banco de Valores S.A. (BASE:VALO) agreed to acquire Columbus IB Valores S.A. and Columbus MB S.A on June 18, 2024. Board of directors of Banco de Valores S.A have approved the transaction. The transaction is subject the approval of Banco de Valores S.A shareholders and the approval from National Commission of Securities and Exchanges and Markets Argentinos S.A.
