The Company has to inform you that the Board of Directors, in their meeting held on February 24, 2023 at Lahore office has not declared any Cash Dividend or Bonus/Right shares for the half yearly period ended December 31, 2022.
Financial results (un-audited) for the said period are attached herewith this letter - Annex - 1.
(Un-audited) half yearly report of the Company for the said period will be uploading on PSX through PUCARS and on Company's website in due course. Further we will also be sending you the requisite hard copies separately.
You may please inform the members of the Exchange accordingly.

Balochistan Glass Limited is a Pakistan-based company, which is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of glass containers, glass tableware, pharmaceutical glass bottles and plastic shells. The Company operates through glass containers segment. The Company offers its products under various categories, such as tableware products, pharma products, beverage products, food products, and plastic division. Its total capabilities of these units are approximately 36,000 tons, 75,000 tons and 22000 tons per annum respectively, and they produce various types of narrow and wide neck glass containers for soft drinks, juices, food, pharmaceuticals, and breweries in flint, green and amber, and tableware. Its manufacturing facility is located at Hub in Balochistan, approximately 35 kilometers from Karachi.
