Balaji Amines Ltd. reported unaudited standalone earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported total income from operations (net) of INR 1,500.074 million compared to INR 1,416.763 million a year ago. Profit from operations before other income, finance costs and exceptional items was INR 266.985 million compared to INR 166.035 million a year ago. Profit from ordinary activates before tax was INR 216.562 million compared to INR 94.651 million a year ago. Net profit was INR 133.059 million or INR 4.11 per basic and diluted share before and after extraordinary items compared to INR 61.935 million or INR 1.91 per basic and diluted share before and after extraordinary items a year ago.
For the nine months ended, the company reported total income from operations (net) of INR 4,684.602 million compared to INR 4,565.921 million a year ago. Profit from operations before other income, finance costs and exceptional items was INR 748.480 million compared to INR 586.479 million a year ago. Profit from ordinary activates before tax was INR 603.216 million compared to INR 368.410 million a year ago. Net profit was INR 379.350 million or INR 11.71 per basic and diluted share before and after extraordinary items compared to INR 245.891 million or INR 7.59 per basic and diluted share before and after extraordinary items a year ago.
