NOCIVELLI ABP WINS NEW TENDER WORTH ABOUT EURO 7 MILLION

In less than a month, Nocivelli has secured awards for works towards the PA worth over 30 million Euro

The subject of works pertaining to Nocivelli in this latest contract are construction and plant works aimed at

health care facilities and community houses in several provinces of Lombardy, falling under the NRRP

Castegnato (Brescia), June 28, 2023 - Nocivelli ABP S.p.A. (ABP:IM), an ESCo Company specialised in building technological systems and facility management services, and a nationwide Public-Private Partnership clinic and hospital construction leader, as part of a temporary consortium ("RTI, Raggruppamento Temporaneo di Imprese", Temporary Consortium) has been awarded as the Group Leader together with the company Pavoni SpA, with four lots of a tender concerning the assignment of the execution of construction and plant engineering works for the construction and/or adaptation of facilities to be used as Community Hospitals and Community Homes in the provinces of Brescia and Lodi. The amount of works of a plant engineering nature under Nocivelli ABP's responsibility (all falling under the NRRP-National Recovery and Resilience Plan, such as plumbing, kitchens and laundries, heating and air conditioning systems, electrical, telephone, radio and television systems) is about Euro 7,0 million. The works will be carried out over the next 3 years.

This is the third tender won by NocivelliI in less than a month. Together, the three public tenders won - two of them related to projects under the NRRP - total over 30 million Euro.

Overview of Nocivelli ABP

The ABP Nocivelli Group was founded in Castegnato (Brescia) in 1963 and initially traded in petroleum products and lubricants. In 1988 it diversified into the construction of technological, mechanical and electrical systems, in addition to civil and industrial construction and Facility Management.
