Highlights for the full year included:

  • Profit of $5.4 million;

  • Announced sale of Churchill Centre South for $22.35 million;

  • Returns net cash of $10.5 million back to Group to pursue new opportunities; and

  • Improved operating performance of Churchill Centre North.
