Milano, 14 dicembre 2017 - axélero S.p.A., Internet Company quotata sul mercato AIM Italia (Ticker: AXEL), comunica che nell'Avviso di convocazione dell'Assemblea Ordinaria e Straordinaria del 29-30 dicembre 2017 è stato indicato erroneamente il giorno 22 dicembre 2017 invece della data corretta (record date) 18 dicembre 2017.

La comunicazione dell'intermediario dovrà pervenire alla Società entro la fine del terzo giorno di mercato aperto precedente alla data fissata per l'Assemblea e, pertanto, entro il 22 dicembre 2017 e non il 26 dicembre 2017.
