Charity Kuria is an editor, writer and filmmaker born and raised in Kenya. She started as post production trainee on a feature film set, and there after went on to pursue training in film, TV production and 3D animation.

She has worked as the head editor on the Award winning TV Series 'Stay' which aired in several African countries, 'Coffee with Milk' a reality show that aired in Johannesburg South Africa, 'Supa Modo' a feature film, and award winning short film 'The Cleansing' where she received a nomination in the Best Editor Category.

She has also edited several UNICEF documentaries, Ugandan TV Series 'Beneath the Lies', live performance music show 'Coke Studio Africa Season 4', 'Womens' March Washington DC 217' to name a few.

In this interview Charity talks about her journey as an editor and her editing experience working on the inspiring feature film 'Supa Modo' and how Avid Media Composer helped her take on this project.
