Effective as of November 16, 2022, Matt Holt retired from the Board of Directors of Avantor, Inc.Mr. Holt's decision to retire from the Board was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
Avantor, Inc. is a global provider of mission-critical products and services to customers in the biopharma, healthcare, education and government, and advanced technologies & applied materials industries. Its products include materials and consumables, equipment and instrumentation, and services and specialty procurement.
