Aurora Labs Limited announced that Mr. Terry Stinson has accepted an invitation to join the Board of Aurora Labs. Mr. Stinson has over 25 years of executive leadership experience with innovation companies listed on the ASX and was previously the CEO and Managing Director of Orbital Corporation Limited. At Orbital, Mr. Stinson secured a breakthrough deal to supply Orbital's technology to the UAV division of Boeing, in addition to leading the Perth-based R&D and manufacturing group through a process of transformation and diversification achieving sustained share price growth. Prior to Orbital, Mr. Stinson was previously a Vice President and General Manager at Siemens AG responsible for overseeing an international business across multiple sites along with delivering sales in excess of $300 million per annum. Mr. Stinson is also the non-executive Chairman of ASX listed companies Carnegie Clean Energy Ltd. and Talga Resources Ltd. In order to assist the Board skill refresh in alignment with the commercialisation goals, Mr. Mathew Whyte has agreed to step down from the Board. Mr. Whyte's resignation will also allow him to focus on his other roles. Mr. Mathew Whyte will also conclude his role as Company Secretary effective 31 March 2020. Aurora will conduct a search for a suitable replacement during this period and will inform shareholders once complete.
