2015 revenue growth: + 27%

Following strategic transactions at the start of the year (sale of Smart AdServer and acquisition of Livingly Media), aufeminin's revenue-restated for activities sold- amounted to €93m, up by 27%.


In France, business continued to grow (+7% in organic terms for the full year 2015), against a backdrop of progressive transition of the group's audience towards social media and mobile devices, as well as increasingly diverse sources of income.


Internationally, the Group is expanding significantly (+74% in the fourth quarter 2015), progress that was driven by organic growth and by the acquisition of Livingly Media. Livingly Media made a strategic turn in programming thanks to the development of new tools and, as such, moved from a loss in 2014 to profitability in the second half of 2015.


Aufeminin once again generated almost half of its revenue abroad (49%).


The Group is continuing to consolidate Livingly Media in the United States and internalise its advertising operations in Italy. Profitability will be temporarily impacted by the costs incurred, but will remain high nonetheless.
