Aucfan Co., Ltd. (TSE:3674) agreed to acquire MiningBrownie Inc. from Ryuichi Tokugami for ¥33 million on December 26, 2014. Aucfan will acquire 9,600 shares of MiningBrownie. Aucfan will operate MiningBrownie as its wholly owned subsidiary. During the year ended September 2014, MiningBrownie Inc. had net assets of ¥16 million, total assets of ¥19 million, sales of ¥31 million, operating loss of ¥11 million, and net loss of ¥11 million. The deal is expected to complete on January 1, 2015. The advisory costs were ¥1 million.
