Atrium Ljungberg AB (publ) announced consolidated and parent company earnings results for the second quarter and consolidated earnings results for the six months ended June 30, 2018. For the quarter, on consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of SEK 693 million compared to SEK 656 million a year ago. Profit for the period was SEK 1,007 million compared to SEK 1,116 million a year ago. Earnings per share were SEK 7.74 compared to SEK 8.44 a year ago.
For the six months, on parent basis, the company reported net sales of SEK 230 million compared to SEK 198 million a year ago. Operating profit was SEK 10 million compared to SEK 22 million a year ago. Profit for the period was SEK 112 million compared to SEK 49 million a year ago.
For the six months, on consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of SEK 1,358 million compared to SEK 1,311 million a year ago. Profit for the period was SEK 1,227 million compared to SEK 1,733 million a year ago. Earnings per share were SEK 9.42 compared to SEK 13.06 a year ago.
For full year 2019, the profit after tax is expected to amount to SEK 1,700 million, which corresponds to SEK 13.08 per share.
