ASTMAX Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company primarily engaged in investment advisory business. The Company has three business segments. The Investment Advisory segment signs investment advisory agreements with commodity funds, investment trusts and institutional investors, and provides asset management services for customers in commodity futures markets and financial markets. The Dealing segment and the Proprietary House segment are primarily involved in the Company's assets management in commodity futures markets. On August 1, 2012, the Company fully acquired a Monex Group, Inc.'s subsidiary
