According to the Board of Directors' Meeting of AssetWise Public Company Limited
("The Company") No. 3/2022 held on May 11, 2022 resolved to, passed a resolution approving the establishment eight subsidiary companies.
The Company would like to inform that the establishment of new subsidiary companies has been registered with the Department of Business Development. Ministry of commerce with the following details:

Capital Market Supervisory Board No. TorJor.20/2551.
