Description                              :
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) removes the causes of possible delisting of
the securities Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5) by lifting "SP"
(Suspension) and "NC" (Non-compliance) signs and resumes A5's securities trading
on mai under Property & Construction Industry Group from March 7, 2022 onwards.
In addition, SET will not specify the Ceiling and Floor prices of securities
of A5 on the first trading day which is March 7, 2022 (In the event that there
is no trading on common shares of the company on March 7, 2022, the SET will not
specify the Ceiling and Floor prices continuously until the trading of common
shares of the company occurs). The Ceiling and Floor prices will subsequently be
adjusted according to normal criteria from the next working day.  Additionally,
the shareholders and investors are able to study the company's information from
 Information Memorandum of A5 through SET's disclosure system.
