(1)14,375 shares have been cancelled at par value of NT$10, and the
reduction of NT$143,750 in capital was done for total this time.
(2)Before capital reduction: The amount of paid-in capital was
NT$343,694,370 the number of common shares outstanding was
34,369,437. Net worth per share was NT$ 103.18.
(3)After capital reduction: The amount of paid-in capital was
NT$343,550,620 the number of common shares outstanding was
34,355,062. Net worth per share was NT$ 103.22.
(PS. Net Book Value per Share is calculated according to the financial
statement of Financial Year 2021.)
