Asian Granito India Limited announced that Mr. Amrutlal Patel, Independent Director of the company has resigned from the post of Independent Director of the Company with effect from. 23.06.2021 due to his pre-occupation. Accordingly, Mr. Amrutlal Patel, Independent Director of the company also ceases to be a member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee with effect from June 23, 2021.
