Asia Metal Industries, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 325.41 million compared to TWD 368 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 23.7 million compared to TWD 56.98 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.99 compared to TWD 2.52 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.9 compared to TWD 2.18 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 667.93 million compared to TWD 715.74 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 54.02 million compared to TWD 144.09 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.27 compared to TWD 6.41 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.05 compared to TWD 5.47 a year ago.
ASIA METAL INDUSTRIES, INC. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of printed circuit board substrates processing equipment and thin films processing equipment, as well as the sale services business. The Company is mainly engaged in the production of copper foil substrates vertical treating equipment, flexible circuit boards coating equipment, ceramic capacitors coating equipment, low temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) coating equipment and energy substrates processing equipment. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to mainland China market.
