We, Asia Green Energy Public Company Limited would like to inform you that the Board of Director's Meeting No. 3/2022 held on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 has passed the material resolution as follows:-

1. Has resolution to acknowledged the resignation of Ms. Pinmanee Makmontana from the Director effective August 8, 2022 onwards.
2. Has resolution to approve the appointment Mr. Suchat Phisitvanich as the Director in replacement of Ms. Pinmanee Makmontana effective August 9, 2022 onwards.

The Board of Director consists of 8 Directors following members:-
