Asia Energy Logistics Group Limited announce that Mr. Wong Yin Shun ("Mr. Wong") has resigned as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee of the Company (the "Audit Committee") with effect from 31 December 2019 as he would like to devote more time for his other commitments and pursuits.
