Asefa Public Company Limited reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was THB 734.01 million compared to THB 516.31 million a year ago. Net income was THB 42.66 million compared to THB 35.15 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was THB 0.08 compared to THB 0.06 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was THB 1,881.89 million compared to THB 1,755.9 million a year ago. Net income was THB 92.95 million compared to THB 126.03 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was THB 0.17 compared to THB 0.23 a year ago.
Asefa Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company. The Company is engaged in manufacturing and distributing of electronic power distribution products, switchboard and trunking systems, including sourcing, distributing and integrated engineering services for electrical power distribution. It also offers automation services, as well as energy management solutions. The Company operates through three segments: Manufacturing business, Trading business and Services business. The Manufacturing business segment designs and manufactures switchboards and related products under the Company's license. The Trading business segment offers electrical equipment and control systems, electrical power distribution products and lighting equipment. The Services business segment provides integrated engineering services and after-sales services. The Company, through its subsidiary, Varitek Co., Ltd. acts as a dealer of equipment for electrical, water supply and air-conditioned systems.
