Golden Rim Resources Ltd (ASX:GMR, OTC:GMRMF) MD Tim Strong tells Proactive the company continues to identify shallow, broad gold zones during drilling at Bereko and Massan prospects within the Kada Gold Project in Guinea. Standout assays from RC drilling at Bereko include 9 metres at 2.8 g/t gold while at Massan assays include 56 metres at 1.7 g/t gold. Diamond drilling is also progressing and is expected to significantly improve understanding of the structural controls on mineralisation.

Asara Resources Limited, formerly Golden Rim Resources Limited, is a gold exploration company with a portfolio of minerals projects in Guinea and Burkina Faso, West Africa and in Chile, South America. The Company's projects consist of Kada, Kouri, Paguanta, and Loreto. The Kada Gold Project comprises two exploration permits, Kada and Bamfele, and covers an area of approximately 200 square kilometers (km2) in eastern Guinea. The project is located in the central Siguiri Basin and lies 36 kilometers (km) along the strike from the 10 million ounces (Moz) Siguiri Gold Mine operated by AngloGold Ashanti. The Kouri Project is located 230 km northeast of Ouagadougou. It covers an area of approximately 325 km2. The Project is located in the Samira Greenstone Belt. The Paguanta Project is located in the Tarapaca Region of northern Chile, approximately 195 km northeast of Iquique and 30 km west of the Chile-Bolivia border. The Loreto Copper Project is located in Northern Chile, South America.
