Georg AG is a Germany-based company engaged in property leasing, the production of ready-made garages and carports, noise insulation, steel-lattice masts for overhead power lines, mobile telephone network masts, television and radio antennae and the distribution, servicing and rental of building machinery and equipment. It owns seven subsidiaries: AGO Stahlbau Neuwied GmbH, AGO Garagenzentrale GmbH, AGO Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungs GmbH, AGO Branderburg/H. GmbH, AGO Immobilienvermietungs- Verwaltungs, GmbH, AGO Immobilien-vermietungs & Co. KG and AGO Zweite Immobilien-vermietungs GmbH & Co. KG.It is headquartered in Meowed am Rhein, while the building machinery business is based in Brandenburg, near Berlin. As of December 31, 2003, the Company's property portfolio was comprised of 100,000 square-meters of land in the Heddesdorf suburb of Neuwied am Rhein. On this land, there are 35 companies in operation, ranging from service providers to manufacturing companies and retailers.
