Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc. at its Annual General Shareholders' Meeting held on April 24, 2018 approved election of Francisco Staton as Class I Directors of the Board of Directors, to hold office until the conclusion of the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting to be held in the calendar year 2021.
