On August 27, 2018, Archrock, Inc. received notice that Robert E. Rice, the company's Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will be resigning from the Company to assume a position as Chief Executive Officer of a private oilfield services company. Mr. Rice will remain with the Company until September 21, 2018 to ensure an orderly transition of his role.
