ARC Document Solutions, Inc. announced that resignation of Eriberto R. Scocimara as Board of Directors. Mr. Scocimara currently serves as the chairman of the Audit Committee and is also a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Scocimara will remain a member of the Company's Board of Directors until the Company's 2017 annual meeting of stockholders.
ARC Document Solutions, Inc. is a provider of digital printing and document-related services. It also provides other digital printing and scanning services to a variety of industries all over North America and in select markets around the world.
