April Société Anonyme (ENXTPA:APR) acquired Avilog SARL on January 6, 2016. The transaction will be funded with the group's available cash. Avilog reported a turnover of over €2 million in 2015. Emmanuel Charnavel and Nicolas Dusson of Mazars acted as accountant and Laurent Simon and Sandra Baverel of Alcya acted as legal advisors to April Société Anonyme.
