Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Board of Park (AIM: PKG.L), the UK's leading gift voucher and prepaid gift card provider, announces that it has appointed John Dembitz to the role of Deputy Chairman of the Board, with immediate effect.

Mr Dembitz joined the Board as a non-executive director in May 2008, is chairman of the nomination committee and a member of the audit and remuneration committees.
