WM Motor Global Investment Limited entered into acquisition agreement to acquire Apollo Future Mobility Group Limited (SEHK:860) for HKD 6.9 billion in a reverse merger transaction on January 11, 2023. As per the transaction, Apollo Future Mobility Group Limited will issue 28.8 billion consideration shares. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals China Orient International Capital Limited and acted as financial advisor to Apollo Future Mobility Group Limited.
