The Company’s primary focus is the operation of its Cisneros underground gold mine located outside Medellin Colombia. The Company’s flagship project is Cisneros project in Antioquia, Colombia. The project is located in the central portion of the department of Antioquia, roughly 55 km northeast of Medellin. The project is comprised of 10 concessions totaling 5,630 hectares. The project hosts a structurally controlled mesothermal lode gold system. The Company’s exploration projects in the vicinity include AngloGold Ashanti/ B2Gold (Gramalote Project), Colombian Mines/Arturus Ventures (Nus Project), Sol Vista (Guatalupe Project), Red Eagle (Pavo Real Project) and CuOro (Santa Elena Project).
