Angoss Announces Proposed $1,000,000 Non-Brokered
Private Placement

TORONTO, Jan. 8, 2013 - Angoss Software Corporation (Angoss) (TSX-V: ANC) announces a proposed non-brokered private placement financing of up to $1,000,000 through the sale of up to 3,333,333 Common shares at $0.30 per common share, subject to regulatory approval and closing.  All securities issued in conjunction with the offering will be subject to a hold period, which expires four months after closing.  It is anticipated that insiders will take up to $539,000 of the private placement.

The Company continues to focus on growing sales and repaying the debt associated with previous acquisitions and proceeds will be used for debt reduction and working capital needs.
