Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. announced declaration of cash dividends of PHP 0.04 per share for common shares to stockholders. On May 6, 2024, The company announced that the Closing Date for the Declaration of cash dividends of Philippine Currency: Four Centavos (P 0.04) per share for common shares to stockholders has been changed from June 6, 2024 to July 11, 2024 to June 7, 2024 to July 11, 2024. Upon notice from the Company's stock transfer agent, considering that the record date has been set to June 6, 2024, the stocks cannot be reclassified on the disclosed closing date assuming that the Corporation's stock transfer book is closed.
Hence, the closing date is from June 7, 2024 to July 11, 2024. The Payment Date shall remain on July 03, 2024.
