Ananda Development Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform that Mr. Nopporn Thepsithar has resigned from his positions as Independent Director, Audit Committee member, Risk Management Committee member, Nomination and Remuneration Committee member, and Good Corporate Governance Committee member due to his personal reasons, effective from 1 July 2022.

As a result, the Company's Audit Committee has fewer than 3 members, which is fewer than those required by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Board of Directors is in the process of recruiting qualified candidate to fill the vacant position and will further inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
