Lyon (France), Burlingame (CA, USA), January 11th,2017 - AMOEBA (FR0011051598 - AMEBA), producer of a biological biocide capable of eliminating bacterial risk in water, announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with GARRATT-CALLAHAN prior to entering into a definitive agreement regarding the distribution of its product in the Unites States pending marketing authorization.

This new LOI, covering the whole of the USA, follows previous agreements signed in 2015 with Earthwise Environmental for the distribution of the BIOMEBA product in 5 states (Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Texas and Oklahoma) and more recently with AQUA-SERV, for the distribution of the product in 3 additional states (California, Nevada and Arizona).
